CloudCover’s Expansion Continues with the Addition of Another New Sales Leader
- 5 Minute Read
- CloudCover Team
To meet new business growth, the Gartner “Cool Vendor in Service Channel Enablement” adds veteran sales leadership to manage the Southeast region.
Irvine, CA: March 16, 2021 – CloudCover, a Gartner-recognized “Cool Vendor” in Service Channel Enablement, is continuing to invest in its growth strategy with the addition of channel veteran Brian Poteat as Regional Manager for the Southeast. [1] Brian has a long history with SaaS solutions and IT Services, including his tenure at Dell and his recent work at Curvature (now Park Place Technologies).
Poteat is the latest hire in a rapidly expanding team. CloudCover filled two regional manager slots earlier this year and is planning more hiring announcements in the coming weeks. He will report directly to Joe Scordino who CloudCover appointed as their Chief Revenue Officer in November.
“Interest in our Platform is growing and our work in automation is at a pivotal point right now,” said Jeff Huggins, President and CEO in a recent statement. “We’re using intelligent technology and automation to really uncover and train our partners on how to make their businesses better. This in turn is leading to higher customer satisfaction for our partners and their end users. We will continue to scale our own team to help meet these demands.”
“Adding Brian to the team adds coverage to a region that we feel confident will only continue to grow,” added Joe. “We’re seeing rising interest in our platform’s ability to normalize disparate sources of contract data into a single, intelligent and actionable dashboard. Simultaneously, CloudCover provides Channel Partners both a custom-branded platform and the ability to quickly create their own managed services business to better support their clients. The ability to easily add new revenue streams and better serve end users is resonating with partners looking for new ways to differentiate their service offerings.”
About CloudCover
CloudCover has built the only intelligent support platform that allows IT Channel Partners to integrate, evaluate, and capitalize on their maintenance data. The platform normalizes disparate client datasets into dashboard views, simplifying contract and renewal management. It is backed by an evolving artificial intelligence, powered by machine learning, and supported by an in-house data science team. CloudCover was built for data.
